How does the app work?
The ‘Your Positive Mindfulness Coach’ app features a positive Thinking area with a ‘Positive Thinking Diary’, an ‘Attitude of Gratitude ‘ area and of course, your ‘Pay It Forward area with 3, 7 or 14 day challenges for you to take on. You can also use the positive mindfulness diary and an attitude of gratitude section to log all of the things that have made you happy during the day or week to reflect back on.
The app has a ‘ Negative Thinking Area’ with all the information that will help you realise what it is that is causing your negative thinking and mindfulness meditations to help you to tackle it effectively. Your mindfulness meditation sessions that are guaranteed to leave you feeling calm, positive and happy. You can also use the positive mindfulness diary and an attitude of gratitude section in which you can log all of the things that have made you happy during the day or week to reflect back on.
